Only an hour from Orlando and 1.5 hours from Tampa, it’s the perfect hub from which to explore Florida, invite guests for a weekend, or to just enjoy the tranquility of lakefront life.The house needs some minor cosmetic work; however, it is a comfortable home with all functional amenities as it stands, including central AC/heat, high speed wifi, as well as a private beach on 1.5 acres. (It’s been enjoyed by 4 generations of our family so far.) Our current price would be in the region of $2,500 a month for a minimum 3-month winter rental in 2022. (There is a 1-BR cabin next to the house which is rented for the winter months.)
